Sharon Cuneta had a heartfelt surprise for her daughter Frankie Pangilinan on the latter's recent graduation day in New York.
On her Instagram page, the Megastar shared that they brought along someone close to Frankie's heart on her graduation day on May 16.
"Our surprise for @frankiepangilinan on her grad was her Yaya Irish! We brought her with us because she has taken care of Kakie for years now and they are so close!❤️❤️❤️" Sharon shared.
Fans online were quick to react to Sharon's post.

Sharon also posted snapshots of her family at Frankie's graduation and their bonding moment afterwards in Chinatown in New York.
"Our fresh grad!!! ❤️❤️❤️ May 16, 2025. #thenewschoolnyc," Sharon wrote.
It was in August 2019 when Frankie embarked on her college journey in New York.
In a past vlog of Sharon in August 2019, the Megastar shared that Frankie would be studying in a "progressive" school in New York.
In the same vlog, Frankie relayed that she would be taking writing and probably a minor in Anthropology. She also shared that she considered studying in the Philippines.
"A lot of people think it wasn't an option, but it was always an option. Of course, I considered it and everything," she explained. "But I think, while studying in New York kind of exudes a kind of privilege, there's also a certain privilege that would have come with me studying here."
Frankie recognized that studying abroad offers her the opportunity to experience independence. "It's gonna be a whole different learning curve," she highlighted.
Frankie is the eldest daughter of Sharon Cuneta and Kiko Pangilinan.
Her younger sister, Miel Pangilinan, is also currently attending college in New York.
Meanwhile, KC Concepcion, Sharon's daughter with ex-husband Gabby Concepcion, pursued her college education in Paris, France.
