Surfer Philmar Alipayo said Monday that he and his partner, Andi Eigenmann, are on good terms following a series of social media posts that sparked speculation about a rift between them.
Alipayo posted a video on his Facebook page, where he can be seen with Eigenmann and their daughter.
"It all went way (too) far and should have been handled in private," he wrote in the caption.
"Ok na kami sanan ok ra kami," he added.
Over the weekend, Eigenmann and Alipayo sparked breakup rumors after they unfollowed each other on Instagram, prompting speculation among netizens on social media.

Eigenmann had posted on Instagram Stories a conversation with an AI chatbot, where she asked if it were suspicious "when a friend invites your life partner to get love couples tattoo without even filling you or consulting you?".
Eagle-eyed social media users quickly noticed Alipayo and his foreign female companion in a photo, both sporting matching tattoo designs.
Eigenmann has clarified that Alipayo did not cheat on her, but his actions still hurt her.
