“You deserve what you tolerate.”
These were the words of advice that actress Ellen Adarna gave to one of her fans back in 2020 on her Instagram Stories. She was asked by a fan who narrated to her how they caught their partner cheating.

“Nasakpan nasa nko akong uyab nay lain, unsaon nko mamsh?”
(Nahuli ko na naman yung jowa ko na may iba, anong gagawin ko, mamsh?)
Ellen, who was straightforward with her answer, maintained that while she feels pity towards her fan due to her situation, they still tolerated the cheating before.
“Oh my God! I pity you, but you deserve what you tolerate,” she previously answered.
Her no nonsense answer quickly trended on social media back then as her fans agreed with her statement. Other netizens had mixed reactions and cited their own opinions to help the fan.
One of the questions thrown at her was what she would do if her partner doesn’t allow her to do some things.
“Unsaon man nimo imohung uyab kung always ka ginabawalan?”
(What will you do if your boyfriend doesn't always allow you?)
“Ex na iyan in an instant. Pero pwede mo sabihin in a nice way na I need to grow, I need my independence and freedom for me to evolve. If pinapakialaman mo ako, I’ll be stuck so bye,” Ellen previously answered.

Ellen answered several questions on the same day, showing how strong and independent she could be as well as witty–– something her fans absolutely love about her.
Recently, she called out the veteran talent manager and showbiz columnist, Ogie Diaz, for the false information that his source gave him.
“Mama Og… Claruhin lang natin… pag sure sa imong source. Tawang tawa kami Sarah sa’yo. Laro ka,” she recently shared.
This answer caught the attention once again of her fans as they expected nothing less from her. While she may have been less active on social media recently, the actress makes sure to give her fans an update about her life.
