Singer-songwriter Kyla Alvarez shared a glimpse of her family trip to Europe this holiday season with her followers on social media. The R&B singer expressed how happy she was to be taking the time off of her busy schedule to slow down and relax with what matters to her the most, her family.
Kyla and her family has visited several cities and towns in France and Switzerland as of this writing.

“Embracing the the simple, slow living, and enjoying the moment we are in- appreciating life as much as we can. Because sometimes in the chaos of life, we forget that life is passing by incredibly quickly and we forget to take the time to focus on what matters to us,” she wrote.
The Kapamilya singer added several family photos during their travels to the European countries. They visited several tourist destinations which included the Strasbourg Cathedral and the Christmas markets of France.
“Taking some time to relax and slow down. It’s peaceful and feels good to the soul,” she added.
Prior to her well-deserved break with her family, Kyla was part of several international concerts including the Philippine Festival Tokyo 2024 in Japan and the star-studded concert of Cornerstone in Canada and the US earlier this year.
Fans of the Kapamilya singer took to the comment section of her posts to send their well-wishes not just for her but for her whole family as well this holiday season. Some netizens also noticed how Kyla could pass as the older sister of her child, Toby.

Kyla shares one child with her husband, former professional basketball player Rich Alvarez. The two tied the knot back in 2011 in a Church wedding but later on revealed that they already secretly married each other months prior to their big wedding.
The couple first met in 2004 during the concert of Regine Velasquez-Alcasid at the Araneta Coliseum where Rich asked her to sign three albums.
