Former actress Andi Eigenmann shared a glimpse of how her children, Lilo and Koa, have coped with their first year in homeschooling. The celebrity mom took to her social media to show the progress they have made over the past year that they decided to put her two kids in the program.
Lilo and Koa are Andi’s children with fiancé Philmar Alipayo.

“We've done quite a bit of exploring this year, both in discovering more of ourselves & our abilities, and in exploring the wonders that nature has to offer. As they grow more keen on becoming better surfers, we are getting the chance to delve into life beneath the waves,” she shared.
In the short Instagram Reel she posted, her kids were spotted enjoying not only nature but answering some paperwork as part of their curriculum in the homeschool program. The two are currently in kindergarten and have been learning several life skills as well as shared by Andi.
“As our kindergarten involves a lot of tree-climbing 🌴and fairy house 🪵building, as they get down and dirty, they are also learning a whole lot about fascinating bugs 🐛🐞& animals🐓plants & flowers, and how to take great care (or make good use) of them,” she wrote.
“On top of all of this, I am also proud of their progress as little writers and early readers.📖Sounds like a busy year for them, eh? it doesn't seem like so, when we let education thrive in the boundless expanse of the real world,” she added.
Despite not the usual form of school, Andi maintained that this is her best form of education that she could give her two kids.

“All educational paths are valid, and this is what we believe works best for my family.🏝️
"I embrace this privilege of nurturing their curiosity and creativity, and together we're creating a rich learning experience that allows us to focus on their unique qualities, and the incredible lessons nature has to offer. While most of all, ensuring that they are healthy & happy,” she ended.
Fans of the family took to the comment section to express how important education is, no matter what type of learning method is used. Other netizens applauded Andi for being a hands-on mom to her children.
Andi and her family are currently living on the island of Siargao where they also manage several businesses.
