Alfred Vargas and his wife Yasmine are proud of their eldest daughter’s achievements in sports.
On her social media, Yasmine shared heartfelt messages about Alex and Ary, who both won medals in their respective swimming competitions.
“We couldn’t be more proud of the two of you and what you both have accomplished,” the proud mom said.
She highlighted Alex’s dedication, sharing that her hard work led to seven medals in total: 3 gold, 1 silver, and 3 bronze.
“To Alex, you have truly outdone yourself by winning 3 gold medals, 1 silver medal, and 3 bronze medals!” she said.
“What began as just a way to stay active transformed into a beautiful passion for you. Practicing three times a week alongside your school and volleyball commitments showcase your dedication and fighting spirit in everything you do,” Yasmine added.
Yasmine also praised Ary’s perseverance. Although Ary didn’t succeed in her first competition, she overcame her fears and triumphed this time with gold and silver medals.
“To Ary, your first competition didn’t go as planned, but look at you now! All that practice paid off with gold and silver medals! But what’s more important is that you faced your fears, did your absolute best and came out like a true champ!” she said.
She concluded by saying that their daughters' achievements are just the beginning of their journeys.
“Your journey is just beginning and these achievements are only the first of many to come!” she remarked.
Alfred, Yasmine, and their son were there to cheer for Alex and Ary. The couple’s celebrity friends and followers also expressed admiration for the girls' success.

A netizen also pointed out the resemblance of Alfred to his two daughters, saying: “I think both talaga kamukha ng father nya 😍 also they’re both so gorgeous grabe parang doll 😍 ganda talaga lahi 🥰.”
Besides Alex and Ary, Alfred and Yasmine also have two younger children: Alfredo Cristiano and Aurora Sofia. In a previous interview, Alfred shared how he enjoys spending quality time with his kids.
“Pupunta kami sa farm, maglalaro sila. Tapos manunuod kami ng Netflix. Yung ganun. Tapos sinasamahan ko sila sa kanya kanya nilang mga hobby. Yung panganay ko volleyball, yung sumunod drawing. Yung bunso, swimming. Hindi ko nasasamahan sa lahat ng session pero nasasamahan ko sila from time to time. Na-ro-rotate ko. Kailangan naka-schedule,” Alfred shared.
