MANILA — The wedding of Bea Alonzo and Dominic Roque is no longer pushing through, multiple sources told ABS-CBN News.
One source, who was supposed to attend the wedding abroad, said the wedding has been canceled and that Alonzo has indeed returned the engagement ring, as what had been earlier reported.
Additionally, the source debunked rumors of money issues, stressing that "they are just incompatible."
Another source also said the scheduled pre-wedding photo shoots in Europe have also been cancelled.
The same source said the couple was actively looking for a wedding planner in Europe months earlier where the wedding was scheduled to be held.
Talk show host Boy Abunda announced the couple's breakup on his program "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda" on Tuesday.
Alonzo first confirmed that she’s dating Roque in April 2021. The actress announced her engagement to Roque in July 2023.
