MANILA -- Singer-songwriter Jason Hernandez, also known as Jason Marvin, has released a new album titled "Rewritten Promise (Volume 2)" under Sony Music Entertainment
“This album is about changing plans and expectations,” Marvin shared in a press release.
“Acknowledging that we have no control over destiny; we can make plans, set expectations, and even prepare for what’s ahead. But when life throws you an unexpected storm, you just have to hold on to who you are and trust in God’s faithfulness,” he added.

For his new album, Marvin collaborated with producers Nicholas Lazaro of La Balls Studio and Shadiel Chan of 9 Degrees North.
“Working with Nick Lazaro was always a learning experience with the way he would suggest arbitrary elements and vocal harmonies for my songs that fits so perfectly. He was an older brother who knew his stuff through experience and guided me well. Working with Shadiel Chan is always a vibe. The coldness of Baguio, the quality of equipment, and Shad’s patience and lightness allows you to breathe and thus making the creative process so fluid. He’s someone you walk with side by side and together you discover how magical the output would be,” Marvin reflected.
Tracks featured in the album are "Mag-isa," "Oras," "Iba Pala," "Rewritten Promise," "All I Can Do (Band Version)," "Ikaw Pa Rin," "Sana Lumaban Ka," "Huwag Kang Lalapit," "Ako Nalang," "Pinaglaban," "Pwede Pala," "Yaman," "All Ican Do," "Tampuhan," and "Nasaan Ka Na Ba?"
In 2022, Marvin released first song since his separation from OPM singer-songwriter Moira dela Torre. In 2023, Marvin released the song "Oras."
